Personality: If you were to put Mamoru Chiba and Haruka Tenoh together- you would certainly come up with Seiya Kou. A strong character trait of Seiya's is she's definitately a competitor. A player used to starting out first and ending up the winner; Seiya loves being challenged and she's very sports oriented. Underneath these tough exteriors Seiya does have a much soft and gentle side. Around women Seiya can be very much the romantic-sweeping a date off their feet. Seiya is definitately a charmer and certainly uses this on a certain odagono haired blonde.
History: The world of Sailor Moon is introduced to the Starlights during the Sailor Stars season. After Pharoah Ninetey has been defeated and the Outers departed with a new respect for Sailor Moon; the senshi returned to their ordinary lives. Until one night when each of the senshi were gazing out at the night heavens, a meteor shower of stars appeared. Unknown to the Moon senshi-these shooting stars were the Starlights. On their homeplanet Kinmoku-sei the Starlights fought in a war against their nemesis, Sailor Galaxai. The Starlights admitted defeat after Galaxia annihilated Kinmoku and they barely escaped with their lives. While transporting from Kinmoku and arriving on planet Earth, the Starlights were seperated from their Princess,Kakyuu.While on planet Earth the Starlights become a pop-singing sensation calling themselves the Three Lights. Unknown to their growing fanbase the Three Lights are using their musical talents to draw their Princess to them. Seiya Kou is leading vocals and guitar player in the Three Lights. Usagi Tsukino and her friends are obsessed with these popular singers. The odagono haired girl is the first to meet the Three Lights, when Seiya saves her from being run over by a speeding car, after she suddenly collapses. Later on Seiya and her two companions enroll into Juuban with Usagi and her friends. Usagi soon discovers Seiya is really a sailor senshi from a distant galaxy and is here on an important mission.
Other: There seems to be some confusion upon each of the Three Lights gender. In the anime, they've disguised themselves as a boy band to hide from Galaxai and her minions. Thus, they are technically female, in and out of battle. In Naoko's original manga-the Three Lights were female all the way through and never transformed themselves into a different gender. Therefore I'am following the manga storyline of Fighter and making the senshi a girl out of starlight uniform.
